Lampton Court is operated by Health & Care Partnership a private limited company formed by a group of west country businessmen who have a common interest in developing initiatives dedicated to reducing the increasing problems of drug and alcohol abuse.

Assisted places are subsidised by the company and donations received from well-wishers unless otherwise specified. Operating profits will be invested in additional facilities and/or development of treatment processes. Initially the priority will be a detoxification unit at Lampton Court.
